This book had me laughing in a matter of pages, then the next second, I'm crying so hard I had to stop for a minute to compose myself.
Ella is the strong, confident woman we all hope we are. She's great at her job, a fantastic big sister to 5yr old Thomas, and yet something is wrong. Sadly she doesn't want to share with Tristan.
Tristan's meant to be her boss, her superior and not be involved but it's killing him not to help her. He knows something is terribly wrong in her life and desperately wants to hold her and tell her it will be fine, but he just doesn't know how to fix it.
It can't be fixed, and things will be sad but they will get better.
